Membership to SOAR Inc. is open to all residents within the boundaries of the Southeast neighborhood. Membership is encouraged for homeowners and renters alike. There are no associated fees, membership costs nor binding obligations. You are encouraged to get involved with our upcoming projects and make your voice heard at our next meeting!
